Ive long wanted to showcase the uniquely warm, aromatic flavour of cinnamon myrtle, and it finds the perfect partner in juicy oranges. The result is a sweet marmalade with a festive twist: bright, citrusy, and lightly spiced. Spread it on warm sourdough, swirl it through yogurt, or pair it with Christmas baking
