The only real combo is combining a level 8 Kaiju and Malefic Stardust Dragon to make a Rank 8 XYZ, which naturally enough tend to negate more cards
The extended art on the promo makes this card so much more pleasing as it looks as if Oswald is properly pealing away the background to reveal the inside of the card
Its real-world relevance depends on the current format, but the hand-size disruption angle gives it more play interest than a pure collector card
