Number 10 A bit of a hot take, but this card is very strong

Doflamingo's ramp, Whitebeard's Life trade, Luffy's tempo: all repeatable engines, not one-time effects

When you reach this number, swap in Charizard ex with an X Speed card and start knocking out your opponent's cards with one attack each (No Pokmon card in the Genetic Apex list has enough HP to survive Charizard ex's Crimson Storm attack)

Any Commander deck that cares about lifegain will want this card, but thats about where The Wind Crystal ends

These are generally soldier-specific, so although you likely want to run an Akroma's Will, I don't list generically awesome cards like that here
