There are some counterspells and removal that give this deck a bit of a control subtheme, but it doesnt lean too heavily on it

Clearing a blocker and dealing 3 damage applies plenty of pressure to close out a game, and your opponent cant even counter it

While this isnt as good in the late game as something like Coat of Arms, its much better early on, and you dont need to have an army to make them all big and scary
