While there is a range of spell cards that could easily be considered the most powerful during this season (with notable mentions including, Harpies Feather Duster, Brain Control, and Change of Heart), Monster Reborns ability to revive a monster from the graveyard creates such a tempo shift in the game that it just has to come out on top
