產率控制在35hl/hec。葡萄採收後全數去梗，經六天的冷浸泡，酒槽中發酵兩週，採皮及淋汁皆有進行，最終1/3的酒導入橡木桶(Rousseau)中進行一年的陳放，未經過濾及澄清。
