Hamnavoe Sock Kit Colourway 2 Scarves & Stoles Yarn C ñ Shade 2:Hamnavoe Socks kit, designed by Lesley Smith. these socks are knitted with traditional Fair Isle colours and patterns. The yarn (Shetland Heritage) is knit doubled to give a thicker sock and knit at quite a firm tension. Both sizes follow the same pattern but the gents version is knit on a slightly larger needle with a looser tension of 27sts & 31rs over 10cm. The socks are knit from the cuff down with an afterthought heel which is knit the same as
