Vinyes Tortuga Fruita Analogica Negre 2020 11.5% (750ml) South London Best London 70% in nine year oldFresh Cherry Pepper 90% Cabernet Franc from Mas Espelt on licorella soil with 10% Xarel lo from Toni's grapes. Aged mostly in fibreglass tank with a little bit of barrel ageing. Nice and bright high acid fruit a green pepper note from the Cabernet Franc but with a juiciness and drinkability, as well as a little bit of softness from the barrel ageing; texture and white pepper from the macerated Xarel lo. Serve lightly chilled. Grapes: Cabernet Franc,
