Serial no. 172, made in 2005. The rod remains in mint original condition with one exception. The butt section ferrule was recently reset by Chet Croco at Bellinger who has worked alongside Mr. Whithead for many years. Whitehead is sadly no longer making rods. All sections are full length and straight. The rod features mildly tempered cane with 3 x 3 node
