Ecuador El Alisal Sidra (Anaerobic Washed) events foaming and texturing your milkAlthough this is a washed coffee, additional steps have been added to allow for optimal flavour development. These include a short aerobic fermentation in the cherry and a 96 hour anaerobic fermentation in the coffees mucilage before final washing and drying. These fermentation and drying steps lend the coffee a clean, fragrant and fruit filled character. Please note we only hold a limited stock of these products, but we aim to roast at least two
