The top of this ring is silver set with a faceted glass accent surrounded by turquoise cabochons. It appears that the face of the ring was originally an antique button that someone converted into a ring in the distant past by adding a 10k gold band. The ring is currently a size 4 and in very good condition. It can be re sized free of charge. Materials: Turquoise, Gold.
