giving new life to materials that would otherwise have been discarded

Weller 12-year-old Glenfiddich and a balanced acidityDistilled at Buffalo Trace and matured an unusually long time for a bourbon, this 12 year old wheated bourbon from the WL Weller range is an exceptionally smooth sipping whiskey, bottled at 45% abv. Always popular and often difficult to find. The nose has almonds, creamed corn, lanolin and toasty vanilla. The palate is heavily wheated with layers of complexity and a moderate sweetness before a long, smooth, oaky finish.
