Last edited: #2 oh Starmie would've had a lot of potential if the ability let it return to your hand so you could cycle it with benched Staryus, just like the Drizzile cyle but yeah #3 On one hand it's absolutely worse than Intellion but, on the other, it's literally free damage that doesn't take any bench space afterwards
