Rogers Silver Company out of Taunton, Massachusetts. It is made of copper plated in silver. It is marked with the F. R. Rogers trade mark, as well as 1883, the date of founding of the company. The scuttle has a wooden handle. It is in good condition with typical tarnishing of silver plate of this age. Dimensions: 5. 25" L x 1. 75" W x 2" H
