Made by Nimbin Valley Dairy in the lush hinterland of northern NSW, Nashua is often compared to the French poisses, with a smooth, increasingly creamy paste and that unmistakable pungent kick that washed rinds are famous for. Leave it in the fridge long enough and it will tell you when it's ready. Bold enough to stand up to a full bodied red, port, or even a whisky.
