These tiny porcelain boxes often expressed beautiful sentiments on the outside, while the inside held patches of gummed taffeta, used to cover blemishes or to decorate one's skin. This antique patch box features light blue enamel with the quote, 'Accept my Love' among two hand painted birds perched on pink hearts. The piece is in great condition with minor hairline cracks in the enamel.
