The black shadows of the rusty holes  looked like a person sitting down with their legs forward

I placed it in a black teardrop vase and placed on a white panel so that I had a white background

I was attracted to lichen on the rocks just above the creek water

As seen in a pink lily flower placed in a paddle pool to create the background to the photograph

The soil over time was eroded away  exposing the wonderful group of supporting roots

Chaos on the start line. Australian original art print. Hungry dog The black shadows of theThis bromeliad flower, when photographed in the sun against a white background, casts a fabulous shadow. It was a combination of the shadow and the colours of the flower that made me think it looked like a horse race in full flight. It resembled "Chaos at the start line" which consequently became the title. NOTE: A copy of the original photo is included and is attached to the back of the artmount.
