It features the signature of the artist, which may be E. Miller, or perhaps E. Mullen, but I could not definitively identify it. Please see the photographs to see the signature. The painting is set behind a green velvet matte. It is housed in a beautiful and ornate metal frame manufactured in Italy by Brevettato. The frame measures 8. 5 x 9".
