First time in 12 years of running the business that I've been able to offer a 1949 motorcycle plate

That means vintage cars from that point onward aren't able to have correct era plates nor use the YOM Program

however the Rolph Clark Stone Ltd code is "14" which is their proprietary code for 1964 - see pic 6)
