Please note, this service requires two damage photos to be sent to us to be approved. Once this deductible is paid and the damage has been confirmed, we will issue a replacement crystal. Unfortunately, if you did not purchase the accidental damage insurance with your original crystal, we cannot replace your crystal and a new one
