The nose opens with lifted aromas of white peach, citrus zest, and a whisper of fresh mint, all underlined by a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, its pure and finely textured with ripe stone fruit wrapped in a delicate chalky frame, with notes of almond and lemon curd gliding through to a long, crystalline finish. Balanced, refined, and effortlessly poised, this is white
