The building on the SE (left) corner is the All Nations Hotel. We see some roadworks on the corner of Bourke Street, with hoarding advertising the French virtuoso violinist, Jenny Claus, who appeared at the Melbourne Town Hall late January 1874. On the corner of Collins Street sits the beautiful Independent Church. Right in the centre of the intersection of Collins and Russell
