Syrah 2021 No. of Bottles Per Case:6 Natural fermentation with up toMost of our vines are bush vines, trained as sur echalas (vine to post), the rest are trellised. Our Syrah is grown on soils consisting of sandstone, clay shale, schist and quartz. Natural fermentation with up to 30% whole bunch takes place in open top fermenters. Four different clones and five different vineyards build on the complexity of this wine. Red currant and mulberry define the fruit core with liquorice, fynbos and white pepper to finish.
