Backdrop: Chardonnay Grape Origin_America Double IPA - CitraBackdrop is our new farmhouse ale brewed with buckwheat. By adding the buckwheat to the grist alongside the barley and wheat and aging for close to a year in oak, we ended up with a rustic and complex farmhouse ale completely different from the rest of our line up.
