Upper The removable bootie is constructed with a softshell face fabric and a TPE foam wind blocking liner. Closure The bootie is secured by a dual adjustable hook and loop ankle closure with two large reflective panels. The bootie can be held in place with webbing loops that the sandal straps can pass
