It begins with Sangiovese, clone VCR5, whose grapes are left to macerate in terracotta AMPHORA from October until April. Following this extended maceration, we blend in the best Ciliegiolo, Barsaglina, Colorino, and Vermentino Nero, which have been aging in second passage oak tonneaux. This prolonged maceration ensures unparalleled
