The Library The prints show some lightThis a scarce first edition copy of 'Daniel Deronda' by George Eliot (Marian Evans), published in 1876. Octavo. All volumes bound in half calf leather with marbled boards, and five raised bands to the spine. The title is stamped to a black leather title panel in gilt with further gilt decorating the edges of the raised bands. The extremities of each volume show some shelf wear.
