floral Bordeaux white wine from the northern edge of the Right-Bank is based on Sauvignon Blanc with around 15% Colombard for freshness and floral notes
Fiano 2023, Ravensworth, NSW Rose all planted on the Douro'sA family affair since 2001, with "what seemed like a good idea at the time", Bryan & Jocelyn Martin teaming up with Bryans brother David, to farm a cornucopia of classic and alternative varieties in a wild and wonderful vineyard in Murrumbateman, just north of Canberra. This is a racy, whacky blend of Fiano and Trebbiano with a few hours skin contact and aging in old oak. Think lemon, gooseberry, white peach and some complex almond skin edges.
