East India Solera, Bodegas Lustau Aperitif Grapes are hand-picked from North-WestThis is a luscious, rich 'cream' style Sherry not Harvey's Bristol, fear not, but proper stuff. Cream Sherry is made by blending Oloroso sherry with a dash of the ultra sweet Pedro Ximenez and then aged together for a few years. Nutty, creamy, dark caramelly goodness, so much complexity on offer.
