Triple Gordie Mortis / Great Lakes Origin_Canada We created a base beer

We created a base beer with an elevated percentage of wheat in the grist bill

then added milk chocolate

Blackberry tartness wearing a silky cloak of white chocolate awaits your lips inside this container of liquid art

It's our ode to their Café Del Bastardo which was an inspirational beer we enjoyed years before opening Third Moon

aged in bourbon barrels for opulent woody accents

Triple Gordie Mortis / Great Lakes Origin_Canada We created a base beerTriple Gordie Mortis is a 10. 5% Hazy Triple IPA we made in collaboration with our friends from @greatlakesbeer. We brewed it with oats and then hopped it with a mountain of our hand selected Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. GLB was a huge inspiration for us before we even started planning Third Moon so it's special to make this beer with them for our 6th birthday. We get notes of blueberry compote, candied pineapple and grapefruit with a dank undertone.
