All Y'all N Co / William Chris Vineyards Type_Bock - Doppelbock and vegan marshmallowAll Y'all n' Co. is a collaboration with our friends at William Chris Vineyards in Hye, Texas. We took Aglianico grapes from the Texas Hill Country and co fermented them with young beer. We then aged then blend in oak barrels for about a year, blended, and bottle conditioned. The result is a true hybrid of beer and wine expressing the terroir of the Texas Hill Country.
