mtg refrain cards I need help figuring out the interaction between rousing + Obeka, splitter of seconds and aggravated assault (I realize Obeka would need a +1/+1 counter to get the refrain off in MTG magic cards 2x Lilting

Every pack has twice the shine, with two foils in each booster

Mogis, God of Slaughter deals damage unless opponents are willing to sacrifice a creature, Fate Unraveler deals damage whenever an opponent draws a card, and Blood Seeker deals damage whenever an opponent plays a creature

Most of the cards included in the Collector Booster packs will be foil cards, with up to three of the cards being Surge Foils, but the biggest appeal for collectors is the higher chance of pulling a Neon Link or the incredibly evasive Golden Chocobo

They arent as much of a slam dunk as the legendary Kamigawa lands because they might enter tapped, but they all do the kinds of powerful things you want them to do

Its also not a bad week to think about picking up rotating cards with a long shot at Modern play
