Folding Hill Ballasalla Pinot Noir 2023 Producer_L'Enclos The inclusion by Julia HardingWinemaker Tim Kerruish is originally from Ballasalla in the Isle of Man hence the name. The Ballasalla Pinot Noir is made in an earlier drinking, juicer style than the estate cuvees, yet with the same care and attention: picking only the best grapes by hand, using sheep to keep the grass and weeds down and a touch of Fran Freres oak to round of the wine. Lots of vibrant kirsch fruit with a soft, silky mouthfeel.
