Wonderful rendition of the stained glass and evocative atmosphere of the interior with church goers. Little is known of Salomon's life. Originally from the Var, in the South of France, he spent a large part of his life in Saint Tropez.. A self taught painter, he is known for his knife work with thick oil paint applied to the canvas.
