NV Nicola Gatta – Quattrocento – Extra Brut – 40 Lune Cannonau Crafted from Aglianico grapes grownQuattrocento by Nicola Gatta is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It comes from one of the highest vineyards of Nicola. The wine ferments in tonneaux and is then bottled to make the second fermentation, where it stays for 40 moons on the lees. It has delicate aromas of pastry, toasted almond, cream and citrus flavours, very salty and mineral.
