Wendy repurposes drilled core samples of the Canadian Shield (i. e. stone that has been drilled from deep in the earth by mining companies). She cuts thin slices on a diamond saw to reveal the unique mineral face of each pendant. She then wraps the piece with sterling silver wire, completed with a silver bead across the face. Finally, the entire piece is
