Dried apricots and peaches tumbled in a river of white chocolate as it bubbled over nougat boulders and ginger pebbles. After reduction the torrent of taste had settled into a floral flow of lilies and apple blossom, carrying cinnamon buns bobbing alongside old oak barrels from a dunnage warehouse.
