Yami Superior Dark Roast Hojicha (50g) Set of 6 4 x 220g Male HairyUnlike typical hojichas, Yami is crafted using a unique blend: the stems of the first harvest for depth and aroma, paired with the leaves of the second harvest for richness and balance. This combination creates a fuller, more impactful flavor profile. Finished with a deeply dark roast, Yami reveals layers of toastiness and complexity, bringing forward the nuanced flavors often hidden in traditional hojicha. Hojicha Notes: Chocolate Toasty Nutty Sweet
