Over the years, these barrels have formerly housed an Aged Porter, a Barleywine, a Soured Dry Stout, and a Mixed Fermentation Sour. Their fifth use was this beer, which began as a Belgian Blond brewed with Pale malts and a bit of red wheat before barrel aging for 19 months.
