Wire Works Virgin Oak Finish 2023 Single Malt English Whisky 50.5% 70cl vodka Brilliant with delicate and aromaticThe second whisky release from White Peak matured in Virgin Oak, this is a development of the limited release from 2022. Made with lightly peated malted barley, this whisky underwent a six day fermentation with live brewers yeast and was aged in first fill bourbon barrels. It was then finished for several months at a lower ABV in virgin American oak barrels with a select range of toast and char levels. As with all Wire Works Whiskies, Virgin Oak is
