It has stays to keep the bodice in place - two stays at the front and one in the back on the side without the strap

Vintage 1940s Cocktail Hat Black Felt Fascinator 1960s cocktail dress Condition: Except for the aforementionedThis is a striking cocktail hat dating to the glamorous 1940s. It is made of black felt with wonderful feather embellishment. Ive posed the feathers to the front, but you could probably wear them to the side. There is no label, but this was obviously made by a very good milliner. Its a little difficult to size, but I would say that it should fit a medium sized head. This hat is sure to be noticed fabulous!
