Cask No. 112.102 Blended glazed cherries and a posyWe found the initial nose offered a wonderful balance of the savoury and the fruity with an impression of honey on freshly baked brown bread, before exotic fruit salad juices and sweetened olive oil. Some water unveiled mineral oils, canvass, exotic hardwood resins and mint leaf. The neat palate was pure tropical juice!
