Cask No. 60.37 Wales passion fruit and papaya wasBar some chunks of fudge and a spoonful or two of custard, our noses were filled with clarified butter infused with vanilla. The palate was likewise, and supplemented with an earthy character evoking a sugar dusted cereal field and a lick of mace. Water introduced starched linen, hot clay and iced finger buns to the nose, while the palate became woodier, with a twist of blood orange, a dash of chocolate bitters and an oak smoked plum.
