花を呼ぶ佇まいです。鉢にしたり、花生けにもおすすめです。

初期の高麗青磁は官窯で、王族や上流階級向けに製作され、大量に生産し流通する製品ではない一品制作でした。しかし、社会状況の変化とともに磁器の作風も変化し、それまでの単色青磁に加えて、本品のような象嵌（ぞうがん）青磁が盛んに作られるようになりました。

端正な器体に美しく流れる灰釉、状態良く現存した四耳、小さな高台から梅瓶のようにせり出していく壺形が作品を引き締めています。

活版印刷工房で使い込まれた雰囲気のいい古箪笥です。
