口周りにほつれがあります。

アンダーソン土器には幾つかの形状がありますが、本品はその中でも極めて数の少ない皮袋形土器です。この形は新羅から、日本へ伝わっており、須恵器の皮袋形土器が、わずかに現存しています。

中世古窯の直腰型の瓶子であり、粘土紐輪積み成形により造形され、口頚部は轆轤水挽き成形されて接合されており、器面は丁寧に撫で仕上げが施されています。流れる灰釉、肩および胴上部に巡らされた刻線が作品を引き締めています。

中国北斉代の加彩鎮墓俑一対です。
