While it took me a fair amount of time to make this painting I recall it really just falling into place fairly effortlessly

There are chemical reactions occurring on the surface of the painting that are very exciting

and the implications of how culture shaped early hominids

It is a 36"x48" canvas that is evocative of the ocean and water

I do a lot of hiking and had a hiking trip through the great Redwoods this summer. This drawing is a conglomerate of that hike, and the Olympic Rainforest.
