李朝時代、木味の良い四方木皿です。よく使われており、塗り、木の風合いに良い変化が見られます。

本品は少々特殊な形状をした灰釉小壺です。数世紀を超える時間がモノの持つ本質を剥き出しにしているようです。

石に筋が走っていますが、手に持つと、堅牢でしっかりとしており、

元〜宋の時代に慈蔵窯で焼かれた典型的な壺です。時代を経て釉薬もいい枯れ具合です。

それは本来の壺としての形を脱し、より自然へと近づいていく過程がそうするのかもしれません。
