To give an example on a pair of 4 4. 5 they will fit to a size 4 with the foam insert in the toes but with that insert removed they will fit to a size 4. 5, this is a great option for someone with a half size difference in feet where they can have the feeling of a 4. 5 on one foot and a 5 on the other.
