1983-P Washington Quarters - PQ BU - From Crisp Original Roll 15c the wife of lawyer andNice 1983 P quarters are so much tougher to find than people realize. They came out of the mint softly stuck and baggy as a matter of course. They were also widely used and didn't tend to get held onto. This is a real deal original roll and every coin is well struck and well above average.
