Cask No. 138.11 3rd Bottle Special earthy and amazing spent allCask No. 138. 11 Crouching in a peat bog Taiwan Our initial impressions were of warmth, density and meatiness. Lots of black pepper, smoked game meats, biltong, waxed canvas and BBQ embers. Beyond that we found wintergreen, cough mixtures, smoked chipotle chilli and black olives. Water brought softer notes of smoked olive oil, wormwood, motor oil, old toolboxes, metal polish and a sweet threat of peat smoke. The mouth initially showed surgical
